Forever Friends

One of my good friends from Calgary flew out on business yesterday, and we were able to spend the day together in Vancouver. What a blessing!! We stayed at this beautiful hotel ( The Marriot) on the 31st floor facing the North Shore. We went out for dinner to this amazing Japanese Restaurant, went to a movie, got coffees at Starbucks, and then headed back to our beautiful hotel room to "chat". One of our many "chats" was about friends. We were talking about "friends for a season" and "forever friends". I believe in our lives we will have both. Both our gifts from God and are to be treasured. I am very thankful for my friend Mary who is a "forever friend".
